Markus Canter & Cristie St. James hosted an evening of Architecture, Art, and Awareness. The event featured the one-of-a-kind architecture of 3111 Ocean Front Walk, Marina Del Rey, a “Live/Work” building with a Huge 2 Level “Loft-Like” Penthouse With Apx ± 22’ Ceilings & Panoramic 270 Degree Ocean To City Views, A Motorized Loft Space Actually Can Move From Back To Front To Enjoy Sunrise To Sunset Views which is listed for sale by St. James + Canter for $10,000,000. The building also features an iconic original mural done by artist Rassouli, who spoke to at the event about his inspiration for the mural. Bringing the community together and creating awareness for our beaches and bay was an important topic of the evening and Heal the Bay, one of the largest nonprofit environmental organizations in Los Angeles County dedicated to making Santa Monica Bay safe and healthy again for people and marine life, was invited to co-host the event and brought much insight to educating those who were in attendance on how we can achieve their goals for the Santa Monica Bay. The night was a celebration that brought an diverse & eclectic group of people together in our community.
